Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns for garments purchased in wholesale quantities from GlobalKarobar Wholesaler.
- Returns are only accepted for products that are in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Customized or personalized garments cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- You must initiate a return request within 7 calendar days of receiving the products.
- The returned products must be shipped back to us within 14 calendar days from the date of the return request initiation.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing the following details:
Product name(s) and quantity
Reason for return
Supporting images, if applicable
- Our customer support team will assess your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping and Costs:
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Inspection and Refunds:
- Upon receiving the returned products, our quality assurance team will inspect them for compliance with our return policy.
- If the returned items meet the eligibility criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of approving the return.
- Please note that shipping fees, taxes, and any other associated charges are non-refundable.
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return procedure outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s).
Damaged or Defective Products:
- In the rare event that you receive damaged or defective products, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
- Order cancellations are only possible before the products are shipped. Once the products have been dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as returns, subject to the terms outlined in this Return Policy.
